Radiohead

Tomorrow I was suppose to be joining some friends for the Radiohead concert in Washington State but due to a change of events in my life I will not be going tomorrow. I had the great fortune of going a week ago, as you may well know, and it was amazing. To those of you who will be listening to Radiohead tomorrow I do hope you love it. For the rest of you here are a couple of clips from the show I went to. I hope “it wears you out” a little bit to hear such beautiful music.

Yeah, I wish you could have been there. It was amazing. Life changing in fact - and of course. The rain let up just before, and there was a cover over us so we didn't have to get wet (though you would have been wet on the lawn).

Anyway, they played a completely different setlist. They opened with 15 Steps, they did NOT play Fake Plastic Trees, nor did they play Karma Police OR Paranoid Android, but they played for over two hours still... so I wonder what songs they played that you didn't get to see. Idioteque was played, but not last. The last song was Everything In Its Right Place. They played a LOT off of KID A and like three songs from Amnesiac. They played LUCKY and OPTIMISTIC and NO SURPRISES and CLIMBING UP THE WALLS , etc. etc. etc. We'll have to talk soon and compare songs to see what you got to see and what we did.

They also messed up once when Thom and Jonny were out on stage alone. It was such a great show. We're seeing them again in three days!
